Advertising Policy
The following terms and conditions shall be
assumed to be incorporated in every Banner advertising space contract unless
modified by a written agreement signed by the an officer of Refrigerant
Clearinghouse Direct, hereinafter referred to as RCD.
You may advertise any products and/or services
that are routinely available from your company (other than advertising
the sale of refrigerants and/or solvents).
In the interest of fairness and price
stability, RCD reserves the right to limit the number of Banner Ad
spaces available to any one company and does not permit the posting of
any prices in any Banner Ad.
All advertising is accepted only
on a prepaid basis.
If new rates are announced, an advertiser's
rate is protected only for the duration of the prepaid contract period.
Advertisers assume total liability for all content
(including text, representations, and illustrations) of advertisements
posted and also assume total responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against RCD and/or its principals. Acceptance of advertising content is subject to the approval of RCD.
Gold Banner Advertising Space Dimensions are 325 pixels wide x 140 pixels tall.
Silver Banner Advertising Space Dimensions are 325 pixels wide x 90 pixels tall.
You can send us your advertisements via email, fax,
or letter, or we can download them from a location provided by you. We
can insert your advertisements using "straight text" or any graphic
"snapshot". Advertisements and accompanying URLs (if available) must be
received at least 14 days prior to the start of your advertising
schedule for approval by RCD.
Banner Advertising Rates
Gold Banner Ads - $250.00 a month per
space (only two ads per page - subject to availability) located on your choice of the Home page, the Welcome Page, the Sales Door page, the Sales Display Room page, or the Let's Make A Deal page. If requested, it includes a link to your company's home page. These pages will be seen every time the site is accessed and utilized for sales offers and counteroffers.
Silver Banner Ads - $100.00 a month per
space (only four ads per page - subject to availability) located on your choice of the Buyer's Search page, Results of Search page, or Seller's Enter Item page. If requested, it includes a link to your company's home page. The Buyer Search Page and the Results of Search page will be seen when a Buyer enters his buying parameters and receives his search results. The Seller's Enter Item page will be seen when the Seller enters his product for sale.
If requested, Banner Ads include a free link located on the Ads and Info page.
Banner Ads are offered for a minimum period of
three continuous months.
A 10% discount will be given on Banner Ad
contracts that run for twelve continuous months.
Web Site Construction and Hosting - One-time fee of $300.00. If your company does not have a website, RCD can construct and host a simple web page for your company (limited in size to the contents of two 8 1/2 x 11 pages). This web page would be linked to your Banner Ad and hosted by RCD for the duration of your ad contract. |
