About RCD is all about who we are, what we want to do, and how we go about doing it.

Ads and Info is just that. It contains a list of RCD supplier members with a link to their web site (if available). A Classified Advertising section is available to all registered members to list items other than refrigerants and solvents. Take a look at the different categories for items and services used every day in your operation. Our Ad Policy and Rates are also published here. In addition, there are links to other purely informational sites of interest to our industry.

Help! has instructions for the Buyer and Seller on the use of the web site. It can be accessed using the navigation bar or from various links on different pages.

Home is where where you are right now. After you have registered, Home is where you will sign in with your ID Number and Password to use our services.

Register by completing our easy-to-follow registration page and your company profile. You will need your six-digit ID Number to observe or participate in any Buy and Sell activities. When your account has been opened (usually within 48 hours) you will be sent an email assigning you an ID Number and confirming the Password you selected.

Terms are an integral part of your registration and should be read in their entirety. You are contractually agreeing to the "Terms of Registration Agreement" by your use of the web site.

The following three pages, in their "live" format, may be accessed only after registering. However, you may check out examples of the operation of these pages by clicking on their names. Take a look - try them out!

Enter Item is where Sellers enter their refrigerants or solvents for sale.

Search is used by Buyers to find products listed for sale. Buyers enter their purchasing parameters and receive a list of all products that meet their requirements. After selecting a Sales Lot Number, they are transferred to the Sales Room to make an offer.

Salesroom is where all subsequent offers and counteroffers are entered - all sales are finalized.

The most important thing to remember is that it's no charge to register, no charge to list items for sale, and no charge to make an offer. No gimmicks - it's all No Charge.

Because we ask for some basic business information during registration, we want you to fully understand why this information is gathered and how it is used. RCD does not share any business information, private or otherwise, about any RCD member, with any other RCD member or with any third party, without first receiving, in each instance, the RCD member's approval.
