When a Buyer's offer is made, the Seller is sent an automatic email advising him that he has another offer to consider. If he does not respond within four hours he will receive a second automatic email - and finally, if necessary, a telephone call from RCD within twenty-four hours (between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET - Monday thru Friday). When the Seller responds, the Buyer is sent an automatic email to notify him of the fact. The process continues as long as the parties continue to participate.
