Buyers - Use the I WANT TO BUY link or click on the Navigation Bar's Product Search at the top of any page to find products that you're interested in purchasing. After selecting a Sales Lot Number, you are transferred to the Salesroom to make your initial offer. Remember - you may offer any amount per pound for all or part of any Sales Lot. Only select the RESPOND TO OFFERS link or the Navigation Bar's Salesroom to go to a Sales Lot Number where you have previously entered an offer and want to make a new offer. Your offers are not entered and finalized until you're on the Let's Make A Deal page and you click the MAKE YOUR OFFER button.

Sellers - Use the I WANT TO SELL link or click on the Navigation Bar's Enter Sale Item at the top of any page if you want to enter your refrigerant or solvent for sale. Your Sales Lot entries are not completed until you click the ENTER SALE button at the bottom of the Enter Product For Sale page and you receive a "success" message. Choose the RESPOND TO OFFERS link or the Navigation Bar's Salesroom to select any of your Sales Lot Numbers that require your response to an offer. Your acceptance or counter of any offer is not finalized until you click ENTER YOUR RESPONSE on the Let's Make A Deal page.

Buyers and Sellers - Up to the point of having clicked any submit buttons, you may edit an entry by either entering over the incorrect information or by clearing the form entirely. When you make an offer or counteroffer on a Sales Lot the other party will automatically receive an email advising them that a response is required. There is no need for anyone to constantly monitor the site - just check your email.
Please click the Help! navigation button at the top of the page for additional assistance. If you encounter any difficulties, or make an error in any entry, please contact RCD immediately by email, fax, or phone. Please have available your ID Number, the pertinent Sales Lot Number, and the problem or necessary correction.
